Bus Accident Case Study

1. Mrs B was travelling to work one morning by bus. Due to the bus being driven too fast the driver had to brake very suddenly when the car in front stopped. Unfortunately she was travelling in the front seat and was thrown forward six feet into the luggage rack. Mrs B suffered severe bruising to her left leg and ankle together with a groin strain. She was forced to take a week off work for which she lost pay and she was unable to look after her household and a family for a number of weeks.

2. Our client Mrs D is a lady in her nineties who was thrown to the floor when a bus driver took a corner too fast.
